Sean Ogden is the Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at Swimbook, where he leads the technical vision behind the platform. With experience across full-stack engineering, AI, fintech, payments, search, and data analytics, Sean builds reliable systems that turn complex workflows into simple coaching tools. A former collegiate swimmer who remains active in the sport, he brings firsthand understanding of the pool deck to every product decision, with a focus on helping coaches spend less time on admin and more time developing swimmers.

John Ogden is a veteran swim coach with more than 35 years of experience across USA Swimming, YMCA, USA Paralympic, age-group, and Masters programs. He has led competitive aquatics programs in New York, Massachusetts, California, and North Carolina, including roles with Glens Falls YMCA, YMCA of the North Shore, Yucaipa Swim Team, and SwimMAC Carolina.

John's expertise includes athlete development, adaptive and Paralympic swimming, competitive program design, and coach education. He coached Victoria Arlen during her path to the 2012 London Paralympic Games, where she went on to win one gold and three silver medals.
